C.I.A. - Character In Action

Wednesdays September -April

3 yr. - 8th grade (6:30pm - 8:30 pm)

The purpose of the Character in Action program is to focus on developing Christ-like character in our children. Using a revolving 4-year program, each year we focus on 6 character qualities that Jesus taught and exemplified. In addition to memorizing Bible verses and learning about the Bible, we focus on ways clubbers can develop character in their daily life and demonstrate character through their actions.

  • Our Mission is to lead all children to be fully devoted followers of Christ.

  • Our Vision is to invite all kids to know Christ in a way that transforms their daily lives and the lives of those around them.

  • Our Goal is to assist parents in discipling their children to develop and demonstrate the character of Christ.

Each weekly meeting is composed of three main elements:

Game Time, Book Time, and Class Time

Game Time! TCANP provides an opportunity for children to learn to compete as a team and not just as individuals. They’ll learn to win and lose with a proper attitude of fair play and sportsmanship.

During Book Time, a Leader or helper will listen to the memory recitations and review the completed handbook assignments to initial and sign off on those that have been completed. Helpers will aid the kids in memorizing Bible verses and other learning activities.

During Class Time, your child will taught messages from God’s Word delivered by teachers who are dedicated to the truth of the Bible.

C.I.A. - Character In Action

We are so glad to have your child attend our Youth Club.  We consider it a privilege to provide opportunities for your child's physical, mental and spiritual growth.  We want all our kids to understand that God loves them and that he has a unique and special plan for their lives.  That plan begins with salvation from the penalty of sin by placing their faith in Jesus Christ and his sacrificial death on the cross.  Your children will continue to grow spiritually as they learn more about the character of Christ through memorizing and studying the Bible.
